The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ;Roy Zahm , Dick Clayton , and Bill Brennan
Guests present were ; Elwin Kirkwood , Don Crilly , Frank Felke , Dave Powers
Kent Potter , Will Metz , John Adams , etal.
Minutes of the previous meetings were approved as amended.

Dick Clayton reported that he will set up a time for an inspection by the State
Fire Marshall.
Dick Clayton introduced Elwin Kirkwood of Sundown Security.They will inspect
the Airport and submit a proposal to provide security there upon.
We need to put the fence back up that was removed for Aviation Day.
We need to inform hangar owners in the "old hangar"area that they are not to
drive down runway 32/14 to reach thier hangars.If they dont have a key to the
lower gate we will give them one.This violates F.A.A.regulations and is hazardous.
Spaces between hangars are to be.kept clear.This violates State Fire Codes.
Vehicles are not to be parked on the ramps in front of the hangars (or anywhere
between the taxiway and the hangar)as this effectively blocks the taxiway.
There is a problem with vehicles speeding , both in the entry road but also in the
hangar area.We will post speed limit signs.
The F.A.A. requires an independent audit on the new Master Plan.We should be
getting it back in about a month.
Brennan reported on a new snowplow blade for the truck.Looked at a used one for
$2,600 -pretty rough.Looked at 101114eyers at Tour-America and 12'Monroe at H.C.L.
Both run about X4,000 installed.Pending.
Discussed the need to end "adversarial"relationship with Airport users Assn.
Meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
