The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.

Minutes of the meeting of September 27 , 1994 were approved as read.
Bills presented were;
City of Laurel patching asphalt 883.13
Robert Peccia Associates master plan review $ 1,071.70
Yell.Vall.Elec. September power bill. ", 74.84
Moved by Western to pay bi,lls,seconded by Zahm.Motion carried.
Moved by Western to sell old Dodge rescue truck to Richard Nelson for $150.00,
seconded by Zahm.Motion carried.
H.K.M. has completed thier survey at the Airport.
Master Plan public hearing will be held Nov-3,1994 at 7:00 P.:',.
We have applied for Master Plan grant.
The Airport fire inspection will be Saturday Oct.29,1994 -- hopefully.
Midland O'Leary has started construction on the new taxiway-Should be done by
the end of the week.
We need to gravel the road by the hangars.If the construction comes in under the
bid price we will have thm do it.
