Members present were ; Bob Western , Dick Clayton , Roy Zahm , Bill Brennan' Guests present were ; Bob Redding , Mike Strong , Frank Wagner , Kent Potter Bob Roodes , & a reporter from the Laurel Outlook Minutes of the previous regular meeting and the public hearing of Nov.23,1994 were approved as read. Bills presented were ; H.C.L.Equipt. snow plow blade _ $ 4,703.50 " ?? credit _ 24.15 Laurel Co-op shackles&linch pins 9.27 City of Laurel fire inspection 525.00 Mont.Aero.Div. loan interest $ 160.50 Yell.Vall.Elec. power for Oct. 9$ 79.45 Northern Skies Avo gasoline-tractor 6.54 Desk Top Adver, ad in Heading Bug 50.00 Moved by Zahm seconded by Clayton to approve bills.Motion passed. Midland O'Leary is done with the new taxiway but needs to do final grading in area. Bob Western moved that Midland O'Leary gravel and grade existing access road to hangars,seconded by Brennan.Motion passed. John Babors hangar reconstruction is nearly complete.Bob Redding will clean up and remove scrap from the hangar , weather permitting. Kent Potter has installed a light at his new fuel pumps. Rick Sanford(dba D-O)-still hasn't removed the old fuel tanks. The Unicom radio is out of service and has been sent to Helena for repair or replacement. We purchased a new snow plow blade for the truck.It wokks fine and weighs less than a quarter as much as the old surplus blade. Kent Potter discussed holding a pattern safety seminar in conjunction with the F.A.A. prbably next Spring.We are having a problem with pilots ignoring the pattern rules. Discussed extending the culvert in the new hangar area.Will take care of it next Spring* continued ?r John Weber wants to construct a machine shop in the new hangar area.Since this is not airport related it cannot be done*Mr.Mogan , who has expressed intrest-in building a new hangar in this area hasn't been heard from since it;s completion. Bob Roodes is building two new hangars in the existing area , presumably on spec. Fire inspections.No real problems.Inspected all but two hangars that were locked. we will contact the owners of these hangars that they must be inspected and will have to pay for the inspections themselves. Water system to park has been shut off and blown out. As gas meters are installed on hangars owners will pay the Airport a $100.00 fee. All new hangars will be assessed an additional 7100.00 on thier lease the first year to help reimburse the Airport for it's almost $6,000.00 investment in the gas line. Due to the proximity of Christmas there will be no meeting in December. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.Mo Y Bi, Brennan ?U Secretary
