LAUREL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
?Members present were ; :Roy Zahm , Bob Western , Dick Clayton , Bill Brennan
Guests present were ; Craig Canfield , Mogan , Redding , Powers , Powers Wagner
McKamy , Lowry , Potter , Baines , and at least 4 others.

Minues of the meeting of March 28 , 1995 were approved as read.

Motion to pay bills by Western , second by Zahn , motion passed.
John Lowry presented a proposal to attract Kit Plane manufacturers to Laurel.
Smith suggested Cal Cumin be contacted about Economic Developement money.
We recieved from Montana Aeronautics Division of $ 2,080.00 for Master Plan update.
Dave Donavan said the skydivers would soon be back and asked permission to park
a small trailer for equipment storage , west of the park.,Moved by Brennan ,
seconded by Western , that they be allowed to do so only during the Summer season
and remove it by Oct. 1.Motion passed . It was suggested that they provide thier
own toilet facilities.
Craig Canfield , of H.K.M. , presentted 5 alternative ways for expanding the
Airport and lengthening runway 22/4.After a lengthy discussion it was decided
to hold a Special meeting on dune 13 , 1995 to decide.
Yellowstone County funding of the Airport was discussed More later.
Complaints were aired about new taxiway grade and texture.
Western reported tha a Boy Scout wants to build picnic table for park-Great.
Clayton said we could get a water truck from State.Pending.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
