0 The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Bob Western and Roy Zahm
Guests present were ; Bob Redding and Craig Canfield (H.K,.M.)
Minutes of the October 24 , 1995 Meeting were approved as read.
No bills were presented.
Craig Canfield gave an update on the Master Plan. The F.A.A. requires a 4,8001X 75'
runway and they prefer plan number 3 in regards to the relocation.
J.T.L. has agreed to overlay the new taxiway.
Permission was given to Rob ? to build a picnic table for the Airport Park as
a school project.
Hangar lot numbers have been assigned.
A dscussion was held regarding fuel use and self fueling at the Airport. The concern is
that " self Feelers 'T are not paying the 5 Y per gallon tax to the Airport as
mandated by State law. A request , by our attorney , to Top Hand Sprayers for an
accounting of his fuel use at the Airport has gone unanswered. Stay tuned.
Refer to the minutes of Nov. 22 , 1994 in regard to a $ 100.00 dollar hookup fee
to be paid to the Airport as hangar gas meters are installed to help defray
the $ 6,00 investment in the natural gas line.
Ther will be no meeting held in December due to the proximity of Christmas.
