LAUREL AIRPORT AUTHORITY ] May 28 , 1996

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.t'.. by Chairman John Smith.
"embers present were; Bob Western Roy Zahm , Bill Brennan , Bob Spannagle
Guests present were; John Cstlund and Paul Strom
Minutes of the April 1996 meeting were approved as read (by Roy Zahm).
Bills presented were ;
Yellowstone Tradeport loan repayrent ?3 31351.43
Ye11.Vall.Elec.Co-op April power $ 71.95
Big Sky Aircraft reimbursement-gravel ? 196.95
Votin by Brennan to pay bills , seconded by Spannagle.Passed.
Paul Strom gave a report on the Airport audit. No problems.
Environmental Impact Study is complete. Approved for funding.
Land acquisition should begin soon..Lnterstate Engineering (hereafter known as I.E. )
is appointing the appraisers and negotiators.
Bob Spannagle reported that he is trying to convince the Yellowstone County
Commissioners to pave the road into the Airport by cost sharing.They provide
the eq:zi.pment and we provide the materials.There is over 2 mile of road.Piay
cost approximately p 15,000.00 He will also contact the Tradeport Authority.
Our security gate was destroyed by an Errant driver.His insurance will cover it.
Western will order new toilet riser for outhouse. Forest Service type.
Ray Zahm will get weeds at Airport sprayed.
