he neeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Jay Chairman John Smith.
P'embers present were ; Bill Brennan , Rcb Spanr_agle , and Roy Zahm
Guests present were ; Frank Felke , Kent Potter , Don Crilly , and Craig Canfield
Yo bills were presented.
The minutes of the July , 1996 meeting were approved as read.
Craig Canfield , of Interstate Engineering , reported on progress on Airport
Master plan and pending construction. Appraiser and Re-viewer required for land
acquisition will be under contract shortly.Title search on affected properties
is in progress. Appraisal will take about 6 weeks and the review another 6 weeks.
?oy Zahm and Craig Canfield met with some of the affected landowners. Harvey Fox
wants a guaranteed acess to his property iTorth of the Airport.This will be no problem
as a 150 foot easement has been planned in on the East end of the new runway.
Randy eiter is concerned about amount of land needed and will it require moving
some of his buildings. Will be adressed.
We must have avigation easements included.
'ontana Aeronautic Division has done a Standard Review at the Airport.No real
problems. They will send us paperwork for grant and loan application.Should be
available by 1995.
Tester on project will contract with Interstate T-ngi.neering.
Gate has been replaced and bill has been sent.

Motion passed.
Rc;r Za - reported he is worling on getting the Airport mowed next year. We may have
to pay mower $200.
