A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Discussed City parking lot across from City Hall. Alan made
a motion to have a resolution drawn up to rent the center 26
spaces as private parking for a fee of $ 10.00 a month to be paid
yearly on a first come first serve basis, with the remaining 13
spaces to be changed from 2 hour parking to 4 hour parking,
seconded by Darrell. Motion carried.
Discussed the stand pipe across from City Hall, wonder if
there is a possibility of relocating it to another area?
Alan made a motion that the two small grass areas in front
of the PAP Complex be replaced by concrete, seconded by Chuck.
Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 P.M.
