A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Laurel Museum, Inc., is requesting a 3 year lease
which will enable them to apply for grants. The Committee
recommends the 3 year lease with the current utility rates and
lease payment.
Steve Schriner is asking to'buy a small piece of City
property at the corner of Durland and Railroad Street. The
Committee recommends selling this property if possible.
The Committee recommends that the Mayor issue a directive
to the Fire Department to inspect all City buildings.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
