A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Chamber of Commerce has requested to move back into the
Log Cabin in Firemen's Park. No action was taken on this matter
until more information can be obtained.
Discussion on Williams property that the City just purchased.
1) Fred's TV has no sewer service. 2) Office can be made
habital. It has 2 apartments. But money will be involved.
3) N.E. Building is not habitabal. The Committee recommends that
the buildings be vacated as soon as possible and demolished as
soon as the budget and manpower will allow.
Hail insurance adjustment was discussed. The Committee
recommends that the buildings in Riverside Park and the Sewer
Plant be repaired immediately.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
