A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
First Order of Business: ADA
Jim has now received all of the manuals and will review them.
Second Order of Business: Williams Propert
Jim received a phone bid of $13,800 to level all three
buildings and haul the debris to Billings. The bid would be
$11,800 if it was hauled to our transfer site.
The Committee recommends going out for bid to remove any or
all of the buildings to another site. In case of no bids being
received the Committee recommends budgeting at least half of
$13,800 for removal.
Third Order of Business: Grace Bible Church
The Grace Bible Church would like to rent the museum building
for additional sunday school classes. Jim will notify them of
the City's intention of utilizing the space for our own use.
Fourth Order of Business: Gail Collins
Request to change from 3 hour parking to 2 hour parking in
front of her establishment. This will be reviewed at the next
meeting as the Committee feels it needs more information.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
