Dave is working on estimates to have the city crew demolish
the buildings.
Three bids were received
Prudential-7*
Real Estate Transactions-6.5%
A Haus 6W
The committee recommends the bid be awarded to A Haus
II Council Chambers
(A? Dave and Gay Easton will work with HVC Technology and
Custom Comercial to get the best possible price.This
should take care of the heat problem but the
circulation will still need to be addressed.
(B) C&C lighting has not yet gotten back to Peggy on the
noise problem in the council chambers.
