Present:Mayor Rogers,Mike Atkinson,Jim
Flisrand,Dave Michael
I It is recommended that two additional office
spaces be added to east city hall.Jim will draw up
plans.
II Bill Arden wants $32,500 for his property.It
has been explained to Mr. Arden that an appraisal
needs to be completed before the city can even
negotiate.Mr.Arden refuses to have the appraisal,even
at the city expense.
III Jim has a bid from Kenco concerning building
security.The committee will review the bid after the
first of the year due to budget constraints.
IV Committee recommends that Joe Lecke write Jim
Martin a letter concerning the abandoned apartment
building.Jim will inform Joe of the circumstances.
