A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee: '
The committee was informed that state lair provides that 2n7. banks may have
our demand money.
Warne Lovgren explained the Super Now account to the committee. After dis-
cussion a motion was made by Don to transfer all money presently in pass-
book savings to a new Super Now checking account, seconded by Albert. Interest
on opening new account is 8.055% bompared to on passbook.
There was discussion on the Co D. investment program after which Wayne moved
that we.are doing a good job with our time investments, seconded by Albert.
The committee gave some discussion as to meeting dates for the committee and
it was decided we will meet quarterly with dates set as follows:
March 280 1983 June 27, 1983 September 26, 1983 December 19, 1983
