A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Wayne informed us that the new schedule for ratable dis-
tributing between the two banks in Laurel is as follows:
Yellowstone Bank 87.72% 1st Security Bank 12.28%
The treasurer showed the committ-ee the securities that are
currently pledged by each bidding institution in Laurel.
Explained to committee how the cash flow is figured every
month, and in turn how amount of money"to be invested is figured.
The committee discussed again about our investments of thirty
days as to longer term investments and Wayne stated that we would
probably not be getting any higher interest on long term investment.
The committee all agreed that investments and cash on hand
looked good and to continue on as is.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05 P.M.
