A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee:
The committee reviewed security pledges from the three local bank and
found everything to be in order.
Don Hackmann, Sharon Herman and Albert Ehrlick met with representatives
from Security Federal Savings and Loan Association to discuss collateral on
the deferred compensation plan.
It was decided, after looking over current investments, that our average
rate of return on these is approximately 9.8%.
The meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
