A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) The committee discussed our investments. Everything appears
to be working well.
2) Committee member -Bill Thorndahl examined the securities
pledged and was 'satisfied.
3) The committee discussed procedure for collection of NSF
checks.
Meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
