A. Members Present: Chairman Peg Kamerzel
Don Hackmann Albert Ehrlick Bill Thorndahl

A quorum (J or more) present the following action was taken by the committee:
Committee discussed, again, 100% security pledge. It was decided that
Security F-('~rpl Savings was still short and they would pledge more securities
before next bid date.
The committee discussed the new committee member for 1985 and decided it would
be Gary Temple of Security Federal Savings and Loan.
Point of information, was that the lending rate right now is 15%.
Bill Thorndahl suggested that the treasurer send a copy of bid letters to all
banks to show results of bidding. In the past it has been done by telerhone,
if they do not attend the bidding.
Committee discussed the 10:30 time for bidding and it was agreed the time was
good for all of them.
