A quorum (3 or more) present the !onowing action was taken by the committees
1. Committee reviewed investments and decided we would stay
with our investment procedures -and not enter in with the
county investment pool.
2. Committee analized the present cash flow procedure, and
decided it was working well for us.
3. The treasurer informed committee money is deposited every
day, meaning that we get interest on-all money, ae on our
demand money we get money market interest.
4. Wayne told.us that cash management changes, almost daily,
and you really have to stay- on top of the changes.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05.
