A quorum 0 or more) present the following action was taken by the committees
1. Gary Temple asked why the City does not invest all money in one lump
sum as he feels we would receive a greater interest return. The
commi-ttee feels that the.EPA investment-has to be kept separate how-
ever Don will research this.
2. Discussed the low rate of return on U. S. Treasury bills, the lowest
they have ever been.
3. There was some discussion on the Ramsey building.
