A quorum 0 or store) present the following action was taken by the committee:
1. Committee reviewed current Pledges of Securities and reported
they.were adequate as of 12/31/87.
2.' Peg brought up a suggestion made by Gary Temple about the City
receiving a higher rate of bid interest if we combined all the
money in to one investment as to the way we have done in the past.
For thalast several years we have had separate investments for
Storm Sewer and Sewer Plant Construction and then combined all of
the other funds under one investment. Don and Peg have had
reservations about combining all of the money into one invest-
ment, just in case an emergency would come up, but after dis-
cussion the committee decided we would allow this on athree
month trial basis, starting with investments on February 10, 1988.
