A QUORUM (3 OR MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS
TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE:
All pledged securities were reviewed and found current.
Interest rates were discussed. It was noted in the in-
vestment, interest rates were lower in Laurel than out
of town banks. Our last investment yielded only 3.073%.
We are in compliance with our ratable distribution.
