A QUORUM (3 or More) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION
WAS TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE:
All pledged securities were reviewed and found current.
Ratable distribution was reviewed and accepted.
Interest rates were discussed. Our current investments
are at 2.76% and 2.988%. It is recommended that we invest
for a 3 month period, so we can receive a higher interest
rate at this time. Currently a 3 month investment is at
3.75% interest.
