INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

A QUORUM (3 of MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS.
TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE:
All pledged securities were reviewed and found current.
Ratable distribution was reviewed and accepted.
Interest rates have been down, discussion on what we can
do to improve our investment rates. January we invested
for a 3 month period at a higher rate. We will rollover
this amount again for a 3 month period.
Don recommended we invest in all the banks in Laurel,
an equal amount to be placed in money market accounts.
We would monitor all accounts on a monthly basis. It
appears a higher interest rate would be gained by doing
this. We would continue with our monthly investment and
our 90 day investment.
