A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION
WAS TAKEN:
Ratable distribution was reviewed and accepted.
Discussion was had on our current investments. It
was decided that with the possibilty of interest
rates going up, we should send two bid letters
out for the $1,000,000.. investment. One letter
inquiring about interest for 30 days, and the other
letter inquiring about interest for 90 days.
