A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met and discussed last year's application and ways
to improve it. We requested and received from the Department of
Commerce a copy of,-two successful 1984 grants which will assist
us in compiling information for our CDBG request.
The various factors within the ranking criteria was assigned to
each committee member to address all possibilities within that
area of concern.
The following meeting will be used to compile all information
gathered and construct a rough application to be reviewed by
the committee in general.
The next committee meeting will be August 26, 1985.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
