A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met and began the process of compiling all of the information
gathered into an application form.
Each ranking criteria was identified and addressed. Members of
the committee will be working on the rough draft throughout the next
week to form a complete application for review at our next committee
meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm
