GARBAGE COMMITTEE

PLACE OF MEETING
A. Members present: Chairman Marvin Carter
Ed Steffans , Larry Peterson , Vern Halvorson
B. Other's present: Cam Calvert , Don Hackmann
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Don Hackmann discussed problems collecting fees. Delinquent
accounts turned over to collection agency.
Vern Halvorson asked about assessment. Don replied $33,000.
Don replied with Table A.
Check into insurance for containers.
Garbage Rate: Recommend Ace Electric 18 @ $120/yr.
Arden's 1A @ $1201yr.,
Jan's & Thriftway XD @ $1,500/yr
Meeting adjourned*__at"6:05. Next meeting will be May 24th.
