GARBAGE COMMITTEE

PLACE OF MEETING
A. Members present: Chairman
Vern Halvorson, Lonnie Kellogg _ _, Larr
B. Other's present:
Peterson. Ed Steffans
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Garbage Containers: Motion from Vern Halvorson, second by Larry
Peterson, to accept the bid of. Johnson Distributing for 100
300-gallon Marlex CL-100 garbage containers. Carried.
Trucks: Do we need a new truck? Discussion followed. Motion
from Lome Kello to accept Pakmor new Ford truck diesel and
two n w packers 76,303. Discussion followed. Motion carried
unanimously.
Compactor: Motion from Lonnie Kello , second by Larry Peterson,
to purchase the used Bomag for 83,912. After a lengthy discus-
sion the motion passed unanimously.
Widjac Corp: In Xegards to letter from Orv Wilmot, Larry Peter-
son moved to followup the letter, second from Vern Halvorson.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
