A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Topics of discussion were the 90-gal. containers in Murray Heights. The
committee felt they were-not taking the containers but they wanted the
people of the area to realize the extra cost to the City for this individual
colection. After much discussion a committee of Sue Ryan, Kent Harris,
John Ward, Larry Mayes and Mel Krug will meet with Larry Peterson and
Marvin Carter on Monday, December 12th at 4:30 p.m. We will discuss once
a week collection, increase the fee, and other alternatives.
It was recommended to reduce Jan's IGA and Thriftway to $1092 yr. because
of their box recycling at the stores.
It was recommended to raise Coast to Coast to $712 yr.
Recommendation to purchase 15 300=gal, turnkey containers from Powell, WY.
Committee recommends to prorate garbage rate beginning in January.
Next meeting will be December 19th at 4:30 at City Hall.
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
