Members present: Chairman Don Meyers
Mel Krug , Larry Peterson Jim Redman
Other's present: Marvin Carter , Kent Harris, Mr. & Mrs. John Ward
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) Discussed 90-gal. garbage containers. Committee decided to leave
rate for 90-gal. containers the same as in past.
2) Laurel Herbstfest garbage. Committee denied the request to forgive
the bill and ordered that it be paid.
3) Both trucks are being fitted with new arms at no cost to City.
4) Bomag was transported to Billings to have warranty parts installed.
While in Billings Henry's Safety will install fire protection
equipment.
5) Discussed need for different landfill pickup. The truck we have
belongs to Civil Defense and is in need of repairs. Committee
will look into.
6) Home occupation garbage will be discussed at our next meeting
and letters will be.sent out. Next regular meeting will be on
the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m. except for February.
Because of the holiday, it will be held on the 4th Monday.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
