A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Motion by Vern Halvorson to pay the bill to Ace Electric for repairs
on the Christmas decorations, seconded and carried.
Discussed Amsoil and asked Dave to bring a report to the next meeting.
Decided to leave dump hours as they-are now - 8:00 to 3:30 Monday
through Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Meeting aujourned at 6.:00 p.m.
