A quorum (3 or more) present the fon0wing action was taken by the eommittees
1. Award landfill pit digging to Daggett Construction at .93 (cents) per yard.
Moved by Larry'and 2nd by Vern. Passed.
2. Moved by Vern Halverson to have Paul S406e en service Bomag & Cat
at $15.00 per hour every 200 hours. Also do a monthly inspection
of both units for $30.oo per unit. Seconded by Larry Peterson.
Passed.
3. Dave and Larry will stake out new pit as soon as possible.

Ref: Service on Bomag and Cat
My hourly rate is $15.00/hr.
The manufacturer recommends a 200 hour service on the
Bomag and the Cat. I would estimate about 5-6 hours per unit
f or a complete service.
Also, I will do a monthly inspection on each unit for
$30.00 per unit.
