A. Members present: Chairman Don Me ers
B. Other's present: M Woman, Jim Redman
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
(1) Committee discussed the accident that happened November 1, 1984,
involving the City Garbage truck driven by Jose Riojas that collided
with anothezvehicle, that belonging to Mr. Hust. The comet-ittee recommends
this matter be turned over to the Insurance Company.
(2) Discussed having the clutch replaced on the Dodge Dump Pickup.
(3) Ernie Davis will check into rebuilding lids on metal garbage containers.
(4) Ernie will also check into removing or trimming the trees behind
the alley ?P- 1107 1st Avenue.
(5) Committee recommends selling all busted garbage containers, (they
will be sold as is).
Meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
