GARBAGE COMMITTEE

A. Members present: Chairman Don Meyers
Ernie Davis Ed Steffans , Jim Redman Joe Bradley,

B. Other's present: Chi Lowre , Larr
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. CHIP LOWREY appeared to discuss the parking.problem in the
alley. Committee recommends picking up garbage before 9 am
every day which will enable Mr. Lowry to deliver his merchandise
using his back door after 9 am.
2. HIGHWAY APARTMENTS Larry Thiel, owner, present to discuss
demolition and use of the.landfill. -Motion by Ernie Davis
to charge a flat fee of $200 for burnable material, seconded
by Curt Riemann. Passed.
3. JAN`S IGA Discussion raising garbage fee from $1092 per year
to $2100 per year. Jan agreed to this over the telephone.
Meeting adjourned at 6 pm.
