B. Other's present: Dennis Johnston (Yellowstone Sanitation)
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Discussion on putting .. in a transfer_ station at our present landfill
site where we would haul all our garbage into Billings. Nothing
done at this time.
Also discussed was the idea of getting into the Yellowstone County
Sanitation District. Nothing done at this time.
Quicki Car Wash-has been sold to Jon Rutt. Motion by Ernie Davis,
seconded by Mel Krug, to cut the rate down to $14.00 per month on
garbage. Carried.
Motion by Mel Krug,-seconded by Jim Redman, to purchase 100 300-gal.
garbage containers at a cost of $14,500. Passed.
Motion by Mel Krug,-seconded by Ernie Davis, to bid a temporary
relief garbage operator for the garbage department. Carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm.
