A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by Gene Endresen
the committee:
BIDS FOR GARBAGE TRUCK:
(1) Johnson Distributing $89,437.00
Wayne Packer on a White truck
(2) Billings Truck Center $93,877.00
Heil Packer on a White truck
Discussion.
Motion from Curt'Reimann, second from Ernie Davis, to
purchase the Heil Packer on a White truck from Billings Truck
Center. Carried.
LANDFILL PITS:
The landfill pit is being dug. Everything is going OK. Should
be done in a week or so.
LEASE THE LANDFILL:
Discussion of having a contractor take over our landfill
operation as proposed a year ago. The committee wants Jim
to check with more contractors to see if there is an interest.
