OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Six proposals were presented by Chairman Bob Graham for
consideration:
1. Recontract with Landfill Services at 1987-88 rate.
2. Recontract with Landfill Services at 8% increase.
3. Build a transfer site at the dump location.
4. Haul garbage to Billings
5. Sell garbage business to private parties.
6. City take back landfill dump site and operate with one
City employee.
After an intense and lengthy discussion on all proposals a
Motion was made b Curt Rieman and seconded by Chuck Rodgers to
sign a contract with Landfill Services at an 8% increase. This
will be a one year contract.
Motion was carried by a vote of 6--1, with L D. Collins voting

The Committee agreed to further study of transfer site proposal.
The meeting was adjourned.
