A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Bob Graham,
chairman.
Dennis Johnson of BFI in Billings presented plans for the
Laurel Transfer site to the Committee.
The plans were discussed in depth by Committee members.
Details are to be presented to individual Council members at
the next City Council meeting.
A letter was received from Mr. Smith of Skate Land asking for
a refund on a garbage container he had purchased. The request
was denied.
The meeting was adjourned.
