Collins Dave Michael Chuck Rodgers Jim Flisrand OTHER'S PRESENT: - Al Clark, B.F.I., Billings, Mt. A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: Dave Michael presented the pros and cons of 4 proposals in regards to Laurel's proposed transfer site. Proposals are as follows: 1. Moss Main: Large building plus 3.5 acres. Price is approximately $150,000 plus taxes and insurance. It could also be leased for $30,000 per year plus taxes and insurance. (3 cz'a p,xr n,,. Y4 2. City Building Site: acre and would not facilitate a building. 3. Valley Drive: 117 acres. Dump in vicinity at this time. The cost is $1,500 per acres; as many as the City needs. 4. Nave property: Property is by the present dump site. It has 11 acres with some buildings. Cost is $20,000. Dave also presented pictures of how Park City handles their transfer site. Jim reported that we must be out of the dump by spring of 1990. He recommends that the Council move slow and cautiously on the future garbage problems.
