A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Dennis Johnson, B.F.I., showed a slide presentation on
existing transfer sites.
Mr. Johnson also presented options on cost breakdown if
B.F.I. would operate our transfer site (see attached options).
Richard Barnhardt discussed why he feels the City Barn
is the best site for the transfer site.
Bob Graham presented new information on the Nave site.
Further discussion was held on B.F.I. budget. Jim
Flisrand suggested we study B.F.I. and the City budget more in
detail.
Motion by Richard Barnhardt, seconded by Ed Steffans to reopen
the discussion on the Nave property. Discussion was held.
Motion by Marvin Carter, seconded by Chuck Rodgers to
approve the Nave site. Motion. carried 8-1 with Bob Graham
abstaining and Richard Barnhardt voting "No".
