A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Russell Bray requested that the Committee drop his
garbage bill because he doesn't use the garbage can at his
business on 1st Ave. The Committee killed the idea.
The homeowner at 202 W. 12th Street would like to be
on City garbage, but they are out of the City limits. The Committee
recommended that t4te-*6?44D-e made by Joe and Mayor Gauthier.
Dennis Johnson, B.F.I., presented a proposal for total
garbage collection. The Committee will study it further before
making any decisions.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
