A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Bids were opened from the bidders for the Roll-off truck.
The Committee agreed to meet Monday, February 4th at 5:30
p.m. to disccus and make recommendations on the bids.
Discussion was held on the B.F.T. proposal to haul our
garbage.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Bob Diede, to
recommend to the City Council to refuse the bid. Motion carried
6--0.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
