A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Motion by Bob Diede, seconded by Marvin Carter to accept
the Tri-State bid for the roll off truck.
Discussion was held. Richard Barnhardt voiced his opinion
that the Motor Power Kenworth was the best truck, per se, and
it is better equipment (it was the highest bid).
The motion was again called for and carried unanimously
to recommend to the City Council that the Tri-State bid be
accepted.
