A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Dave Michael will have Joe Bradley prepare a Resolution for the
next meeting, concerning fees for dumping at the transfer site.
Discussion on paper blowing out of the garbage truck while driving
down the highway.
Motion by Chuck Rodgers, seconded by Richard. Barnhardt, to
change the hours of the transfer site to 8 am to 3 pm, daily.

Discussion on closing the transfer site to the public on Mondays. 4,-0D.7
This will be discussed in more detail at the next meeting in
April.
Discussion on the annual spring alley pick up.
Discussion on once a week garbage pickup for residential customers.
More cans would be placed, and Dave figures it would take approximately
8 years to pay off. The committee would like to have more study
done on this and possibly setting up some pilot areas to see how
it would work.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
