OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Jim reported that Laurel was cited for 6 violations at the
transfer site.
All violations have been corrected except for the final
repair on the Bomag.
Dave reported that we may have to pay a charge for our
transfer site. We are waiting for further word from the state
on this.
L.D. Collins wondered why we do not build a permanent
wall rather than continuing to repair. Discussion was held
on this point.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
