A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Discussion was held concerning problem with expenses and
revenues for solid waste pickup and disposal..
Motion by Marvin Carter, seconded by Ed. Stef_f_ans to prepare
a Resolution requesting a public hearing for an increase in
rates. Motion carried.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Marvin Carter to raise
the garbage rate by $1.00 per month to residential customers only.
And, to have a detailed study of expenses and revenues to be
made by the City. Motion carried.
