A quorum (3 or more) present, the'following action was taken by
the Committee:
GEO Research, represented by Jerry Thomas, stated that we
have a container site only.
We must have all of the paperwork done by August 10, 1992,
for Water Monitoring Wells for the landfill closure. The state
may grant us a 30-day extension.
Motion by Albert Ehrlick, seconded by Marvin Carter to ask
for a 30-day extension for Water Monitoring Wells for the landfill
closure loan. We must have 125% revenue to qualify for debt
repayment.
Discussion was held on future development of Class 3 garbage
dumps.
For the Intercap Revolving Loan application we need to contact
David Ewer.
We need a letter from the state as to whether they will
give us more land. We must also get started on the wells.
Motion by Albert Ehrlick, seconded by Marvin Carter to
contact GEO Research, Inc., and draw up and monitor the closure
plan of the dump site. Motion carried 8--2.
Cal will contact the State as to the possibility of Class 2
and Class 3 dump site land regulations and cost.
