A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Pete Kuntz asked if he could make payments to keep from
having his garbage bill put on Richard Barnhardt's taxes. The
committee told him if he makes a payment August 18, 1992, and
sets up a payment plan, it would be OK.
Motion by Ed Steffans, seconded by Larry Thomas to put all
other delinquent garbage bills on the taxes with Council approval.
Motion carried. (see attached list)
After a lengthy discussion the committee felt that the closing
of the dump is a priority issue and should be dealt with by the
Council as soon as possible.
