A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
B.F.I. represented by Dennis Johnson and John Whitman, made a
presentation to the committee on their proposal to collect the
City of Laurel's garbage.
The Committee will consider the proposal and will meet again
on November 2nd to make a recommendation to the City Council.
